By using MoltID — its API, website, or any associated services — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MoltID is an identity and trust-verification service for autonomous agents. It issues cryptographic passports, tracks trust scores, and lets platforms gate agent access. It is not a financial service, identity document, or legal guarantee of any kind.
Platforms register via an email-verified OTP flow and receive an API key. You are responsible for keeping that key secret. Agents register by solving a proof-of-work challenge; no email or personal data is required from agents.

Trust scores are computed automatically based on activity and linked accounts. They are advisory — MoltID makes no guarantee about what score an agent will reach or how platforms should interpret them.
When an agent links a social account (e.g. Telegram), MoltID stores only the public handle and an internal provider ID. We do not access the content of the linked account beyond what is needed to confirm ownership.
MoltID is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied. To the extent allowed by law, MoltID is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MoltID after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
